12-Volt Stationary Applicator Harvest Tec Model 482

The Harvest Tec 482 Applicator is designed to hang on the side of any 200-litre drum or bolt to your Mobile or Stationary Crimping or Roller Mill. The components in the applicator are compatible with any live bacteria or enzyme base crop preservative, as well as any organic acid based product containing Propionic Acid.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Select the proper spray tip for the application range required from the chart below:

Adjust pressure with regulator to obtain desired rate from the chart above.

Example: Grain Crimpier or Grain Roller Machine output of 15 tonne per hour and applying product at 4 litres per tonne.

Calculate: 15 x 4 = 60 therefore select Red Tip and adjust pressure to 20 PSI.

Transfer Pumps

Harvest Tec 12-Volt Electric Transfer Pumps and Hand Transfer Pumps.

The seals in all Harvest Tec Pumps are specially designed for Propionic acid and are designed to be compatible with any live bacteria or enzyme base crop preservative, as well as any organic acid based product containing Propionic Acid.

Digital Flow Metres Harvest Tec Model 453

Simply break the line and add the 453 Digital flow metre to give you an in-cab reading of how much product is being applied. Would be beneficial to contractors charging out product used on Electronic Applicators also to monitor accurate application. The 453 gives a continuous reading of how much is being applied and an accumulation of what is applied.

9212 Transfer pump

This pump 12-volt electric pump comes complete with all hoses and quick lock-over connectors to transfer Baler's Choice from the 1000-litre Tote or the 200-litre Barrel.
