AUTOMATIC CONTROLS MAKE BALING WET HAY EASY!
The automatic control 500 Series and 400 series system accurately senses moisture on-the- go and adjusts the application of preservative every three seconds from 27 readings to match the condition of the hay not only to moisture change, but to actual baling speed. This precision gives the operator the exact amount of product required to keep the crop in great condition, without wasting product.
The all-new touch-panel monitor gives complete control and information for all types of balers equipped with an automatic preservative applicator. The monitor displays moisture content and speed of baling. The target application rate is set for the moisture being baled and is displayed. The actual application rate is monitored and displayed under the target number. This control adjusts application rate every three seconds to attain the target rate. The screen also continuously displays the volume used. A simple push on the “Main Menu” pulls up a selection of other screens including the adjustable settings and a job record screen. The Commercial Automatic will store 300 job records or 30,000 bales, which can be download showing not only field record, but all individual bale information. The Standard Automatic stores 63 jobs by date and time, number of tonnes baled, product used and the average moisture, but are not downloadable.
Large Square Baler Automatic Applicators have now moved to another level, the system is modular and additional modules like the Tagger, Dye Sprayer, GPS Yield Mapping, Weigh Scale Interface can be added to the applicator. You can opt for the 1st module, which is only the moisture meter (Comprising Screen, PIP Processor, Star-Wheel Moisture Sensors, Proximity Speed Sensors & all wiring) second module is a complete automatic applicator. If you order moisture only 500A1 (AGCO) 500C1 (Case, New Holland) this will interface onto the baler monitor and show moisture only (note can be upgraded to a complete applicator. If you order 500 you will receive our control touch screen, and again can be upgraded to a full applicator

The model 596 Harvest Tec Automatic Applicator will record upto 300 jobs that are Down Loadable through a USB Stick onto a Excel Spread Sheet. Not only recording field data (Job Number, Field Name, Litres used, Tonnes Baled, Average Moisture, Highest Moisture), but all individual bale data and with the addition of a Tagger can apply a tag to all bales. With the Tag Reader information can be sourced from every bale either with the hand reader or in the tractor loader cab. Also the option to add a GPS Yield Mapping system to the applicator.
The new generation of Massey Ferguson, New Holland & Case Large Square Balers with bale weighing facility our applicators will interface with to put bale weights from the baler bale weighing facility onto our tags and field record.

| Automatic systems for small square balers are equipped with two star-wheel moisture sensors mounted on the bottom of the bale chamber that measure the moisture though the bale reading the moisture to within 1 moisture point of accuracy. Also fitted are two proximity speed sensors, to ensure that application is automatically applied within 0.1 of a litre to moisture and baling speed. Electronic Manual Cab Control

The manual electronic cab control is a solid state electronic pump control used for conventional square, large round, and large square balers. The control is mounted in the cab or on the fender. Application rate is quickly and easily adjusted form the operator’s seat. Once set, the electronic control will hold the application rate constant. This unit is included with all 100 litre and 220 litre applicators with electronic control. It is also included with 400 and 440 litre applicators with electronic control for large square balers.
The Manual Electronic Applicator does has not have a built in moisture reading system and we recommend that you purchase a Delmhorst FX2000 or a F2000 moisture meter with a Manual Electronic Applicator
